The CPA Virtual Calendar - We put one and one together…for you.

Last year we solicited entries in a CPA photo contest for a photo calendar. In December, the pictures were put to the vote of the membership and the top 13 became the 2009 CPA Virtual Photo Calendar.

One of the handiest things CPA does is have an online calendar of events that changes as the members develop and adapt trips and events. Most of the dates for the paddling season are set at two planning meetings held in the spring each year.

However, sometimes you can’t login to the online calendar, and it would be nice to have a calendar to plan our paddling activities. The events from the online calendar have now been added to the photo calendar so you can carry around the season’s paddling dates. You will still need to visit the online calendar to get contact information, last minute changes, driving directions, etc., but you have the basic dates in hand…and great pictures of CPA paddling events. Update it every once in a while by visiting the online calendar.

We’ll run another photo contest this fall (keep taking good pics of your paddling adventures), create another Virtual Calendar for 2010, and enter the 2010 dates after the planning meetings.
